Additional Information: | This two-story residence features two replacement porches (or at least replacement porch trim) along its facade. A rectangular bay with decorative wooden trim extends from the front-facing gabled wing and retains its original, segmental-arched windows. Remaining first-floor windows also appear to be original; however, the second level fenestration has been replaced with rectangular examples. The house, built by W.W. Byington as a gift for his widowed daughter Mrs. Cynthia Daniels, remained in her possession until at least 1900. The next known owners were sisters Pamela and Lydia Hand circa 1910. |
