| Additional Comments | A 'site file' exists for this property named 'John Sweet Donald Farmstead'. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. Built in 1892 the horse barn is a timber frame structure on a limestone rubble foundation. Interior is divided by a central aisle and horse stalls along either side.
