NOTES
Additional Information:2007 Survey - This two-story house rests on a stone foundation. The roof is covered with asphalt shingles and the house features an interior chimney near the rear (east elevation) and an exterior chimney on the north elevation. The majority of windows are original one-over-one, double-hung sash with simple cornice surrounds. The facade has a large divided window on the first story, paired windows on the second story, and a single-pane window in the gable that has been boarded up. The facade features a half-hip roof porch with simple wood posts and framing for a porch door, indicating that the porch was screened or enclosed previously. A historic one-story addition located at the rear features a small open porch with spindlework frieze and columns. A modern shed roof addition with vinyl siding is located on the north elevation of the historic rear addition. A modern, two-car frame garage is located behind the house.
