Additional Information:2017- Appearance unchanged. The one-and-one-half-story bungalow was built in 1915. It is clad in stone veneer. Asphalt shingles cover the cross-hip roof and two inset dormers: gable on the front (south) facade and hip on the side (east) elevation. The residence features wide overhanging eaves, exposed rafters, a decorative bracket in the inset gable dormer on the front facade, and an interior brick chimney. Windows on the front facade and east elevation are three-part, three-over-one, double-hung, wood sash with wood storms. Windows on the front facade feature multi-light transoms over each part. On the east elevation, windows also include three-part, single-pane, fixed windows. Each window has a solid concrete sill. The front facade features a concrete and stone stoop leading to a multi-light panel door with multi-light sidelights and multi-light transoms. A secondary entrance on the east elevation features a stone and concrete covered entry porch with stone columns, concrete steps, and a multi-light panel door. The rear (north) elevation and inset dormers are clad in aluminum siding. Alterations include the enclosure of the cutaway porch on the front facade during the historic period. The property also includes a c.1935, aluminum-clad, hip roof, two-bay garage.
