Additional Information:Martin Jezo Construction was the contractor.

The Albin Gyzienski building is a two-story brick commercial structure with a parapet roof. On the southern half of the ground story, two large storefront windows flank a recessed glass door. The second story entrance is marked by a central wood and glass door with transom; two set of tripartite double hung windows underscored by stone sills appear on the northern half of the elevation. The second story also has symmetrical tripartite groupings of double hung windows underscored by stone sills. A decorative stone pattern is set at window height, decorative stone accents are used at window corners and in the parapet, and a street-level stone base faces the west (main) elevation.
