NOTES
Additional Information:Construction date from Assessor's records.

2020: "This two-and-one-half-story Queen Anne-style house (Figures 5 and 6) was constructed in c.1890. It has a cross-gabled form with a wraparound pent roof porch supports by square wood posts. The porch appears to have been reconstructed outside of the historic period. The exterior of the house is clad in asbestos siding with fish-scale shingles in the gables. The primary entrance is on the east, S. 76th Street elevation. A secondary entrance is located on a one-story bump-out at the southwest corner of the house facing W. Becher Street. The gable bay on the W. Becher Street elevation has cutaway corners with decorative brackets. Most windows are one-over-one replacement sashes. In the gables are small leaded glass windows."
