Additional Information:COMMERCIAL VERNACULAR TWO-STORY-TALL BUILDING CLAD IN CREAM BRICK. BRICK DENTILLED AND CORBELLED CORNICE. SEGMENTAL ARCH LINTELS W/KEYSTONE. BRICK 1ST FLR PILASTERS TOPPED BY HEAVY MOULDED WOOD CORNICE. TRANSOM OVER DOOR AND WINDOWS. Has also housed Marx's IGA grocery store.

Sanborn maps show that this building was built between 1900 and 1910. They also show that it originally housed a bank that, by 1928, had been replaced by a store.
