Two story, low pitch hip roof, rectangular plan, pergola on west elevation, original wood pilasters and pediment door surround on facade, second story porch on side elevation, garage and shed. Oldest house on Hawthorne Ave. Built by Fowle family and used at one point as a girl scout camp.
