2007-
One story, side gable, rectangular plan, exposed rafters, decorative brackets, one story gable wings on each side elevation, multi-light windows, serves as a warming hut and as part of the Oak Creek Parkway.

The original mill stones from the Fowle Mill are placed at either side of the dam in memory of the first grist mill in the area, built in 1840.
