An elaborate broken pediment with an urn rises above the roofline of this two story retail building. There is a pediment with a sunburst motif and scroll cut side brackets. The windows are round and segmental arched with keystones, and the first floor is altered. Another map code is 19/19 on the Hand drawn map. "This building was built in 1894 at the same time as the larger Weinand Hotel to the south, but it has retained its curved gable which is gone of the Weinand building."
