NOTES
Additional Information:FLAT FALSE FRONT W/ PAIRED SCROLL CUT BRACKETSTRANSOMED WINDOWS AND DOORS 2022 - This Commercial Vernacular building was constructed in 1880. With a primary elevation that faces northeast, the building features a gabled roof with a bracketed parapet and an unknown foundation. The building has a rectangular footprint and an asymmetrically arranged primary elevation. The first story storefront contains a central entryway containing a paneled door with a transom above. Flanking the doorway are two four-over-4 double hung windows, with larger plate glass windows at the northern and southern sides of the primary elevation. A full width porch spans the first story, with square posts supporting a plain entablature and shed roof awning. The second story contains four one-over-one double hung windows. A wide cornice with pairs of scrolled wooden brackets is located at the top of the parapet. Windows throughout appear to be vinyl replacements, including those found beneath the porch, where the original storefront has been significantly altered.
