Circa 1930, the tank was removed and the third floor opened. Wood shingles cover the first two stories and the third is clad in clapboard. There is a wooden balustrade at the third story. The foundation is brick and asphalt shingles cover a pyramidal roof. A wide brick chimney rises on the north elevation.
