Additional Information: | This three-story square frame building was erected as a two-story guesthouse with a water tank on the third floor which provided irrigation to the lawns. Circa 1930, the tank was removed and the third floor opened. Wood shingles cover the first two stories and the third is clad in clapboard. There is a wooden balustrade at the third story. The foundation is brick and asphalt shingles cover a pyramidal roof. A wide brick chimney rises on the north elevation. |
