Additional Information: | 2009- This 2-1/2 story Tudor Revival house was constructed in 1940. It is rectangular in plan and has a hipped roof and red brick veneer. Windows are of three kinds: 6-over-1 double-hung sash, fixed diamond-light, and multi-light casement. The front (east) elevation has a steeply-pitched gable wall dormer centered along the roofline and a projecting entry bay that is capped with a steeply-pitched gable. Both gable ends are clad in decorative half-timbering. An interior brick chimney protrudes from the south slope of the roof. Random stone details are inlaid on all elevations.
