NOTES
Additional Information:2018
This two-story, gable ell, vernacular house was constructed c.1890 and features modest Queen Anne influences. It is of frame construction, clad in vinyl siding, and rests on a stone and concrete-block foundation. The cross-gable roof is covered in replacement standing-seam metal. Gable ends feature decorative, wood, fishtail shingles. The front (north) facade and side (east) elevation feature projecting bay windows supported by wood brackets that retain the original picture windows and transom. Other windows are generally one-over-one, double-hung replacements. The house has a partial porch on the northeast corner with a shed roof and replacement metal supports. The east elevation also includes an exterior concrete block chimney that appears to be a later addition. A one-story shed roof addition is on the northwest corner. The property also features a modern detached garage.
