NOTES
Additional Information:One-story flat-roofed house with free-standing, flat-roofed garage adjacent to the east. Face of house is covered with rough-cut, striated limestone veneer, while what appears to be red, pressed brick trims the single, picture window. Additional windows maintain their horizontal paning. The earliest known owner of the property (in the 1980s) was Damon Riehle. The house has most recently been used as a rental property.

2019: Due to heavy foliage, a photo could not be obtained; however, it is evident that the roof of the house has been changed from a flat roof to a gabled one.
Bibliographic References:No original permit is on file at the city; however, assessor's records indicate a 1953 date of construction. “Architecture/History Survey: Reconstruct Coffee Rd.: Calhoun Rd. To National Ave.” WHS project number 09-0775/WK. July 2008. Prepared by Heritage Research.
