NOTES
Additional Information:This one-and-one-half-story Dutch Colonial Revival farmhouse was constructed c.1925. The frame house and has a rectangular plan is clad in clapboard and rests on a concrete foundation. The gambrel roof is covered with standing seam metal and features a shed roof dormer and interior brick chimney. Windows are three-over-one double-hung sash. The shed roof porch across the facade (west) has been enclosed with vertical wood siding and two-over-two, horizontally divided, double-hung sash windows. A modern single-bay garage is attached at the rear (east) elevation.

Six outbuildings and structures are associated with this house; however, some of the resources are obscured by foliage and other outbuildings. A c.1920 gambrel dairy barn clad in vertical wood with a standing seam metal roof and exposed rafters is located east of the house. A c.1920 frame milk house clad in drop wood siding is attached to the southwest corner of the barn. A c.1935 frame equipment shed with two-open bays is attached to the south elevation of the barn. A c.1930 Gothic arch barn clad in vertical wood siding is attached to east elevation of the dairy barn. A c.1910 two-story frame outbuilding clad in corrugated metal is located southeast of the house. A c.1925 frame corncrib is located south of the farmhouse.
