NOTES
Additional Information:2008- "The Armory Realty Building is a one-story brick commercial building constructed in the Colonial Revival style. It has a rectangular
plan and shares a party wall with its neighbor to the east. Most of the building bas a flat roof, but at the front or south elevation, there
is a faux second story with a steeply-pitched gable roof covered with slate tile. Shed-roofed dormers project from the front of this roof
and are filled with four-light sashes. On the west elevation of this roof, there is an oriel with three openings sitting on large brackets.
It has a metal roof. On each end of the faux second story, the wall rises to form parapets. A parapet wall also accents the north end of
the building on the west elevation. The storefront has two large single-pane show windows flanked by an entrance with sidelights and
a transom. It is set back behind a small arched pediment supported by two round columns."
