NOTES
Additional Information:The one-story front gable house has a simple rectangular form and exterior walls sheathed in horizontal wood. Fenestration consists of original one-over-one, double-hung-sash windows with wood surrounds and an original three-panel, one-light door is located on the principal facade (southeast elevation). Boards attached the principal facade suggest that a covered porch or roof may have once sheltered the front entryway. The front gable roof is clad in corrugated metal and features exposed rafters and a central brick chimney.
