NOTES
Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, Division of Historic Preservation-Public History.

This depot was moved to it's present location in 1995. The railroad planned to burn it down to make room for a new depot. A local family purchased it and moved it to their property where it was used for storage until the Stone Lake Area Historical Society purchased it in 2008.

The operator's bay was removed during the move in 1995. The Stone Lake Historical Society rebuilt the bay per specifications provided by a SOO Line archivist.
