Additional Information: | LARGE OCTAGONAL WINDOWSCARVED MARBLE PARAPET W/ GEOMETRIC AND SWAG TRIMTRANSOMS OVER DOORSPOLISHED DARK STONE BASEMARBLE AND STONE FACADE AND FRONT SIDE WALLS W/ BRICK TO REAR 2021 - Resurveyed. This one-story Art Deco-style office building was constructed in 1937. It has a rectangular footprint and box-like form. The façade is symmetrical and features two doors, two one-over-one windows, and two large octagonal picture windows. The exterior is mostly clad in tan stone panels, apart from the foundation/water table which is a polished red stone. Art Deco details accentuate the roofline. The secondary elevations have both stone and brick veneer. The north elevation has two large octagonal windows and the south elevation has one-over-one vinyl windows. |
