NOTES
Additional Information:An 1875 plat map shows a farmstead at this location owned by W. Schot (possibly William Barenschot). In 1889, William Barenschot owned a 43-acre parcel, which he had downsized to 17.5 acres by 1902. The parcel was further downsized to ten acres by 1916, when it was owned by Z. DeWitte, who by 1920 had sold it to J. Mentink. By 1941, the one-time farm had diminished to a small residential parcel owned by Simon Booker. By this time, the farmstead's barn may have been included with the parcel located at 907 S. Main Street. It continues to operate as a private residence.
