Additional Information:MODERN (POST 1940) INDUSTRIAL BUILDING COMPLEX, NOW THE ONLY ONE IN WASHBURN. THIS BUILDING(S) IS INTERCONNECTED WITH THE W. H. LEMKE DRY GOODS STORE BUILDING AT 102 E BAYFIELD ST. (AHI#1468), BUILT IN 1889. Lemke, originally from Watertown, WI, married Miss Laura Speers and moved to Washburn in 1887. He bought C.C. Clausen's store and later moved it to this building. Area artists painted trompe l'oeil murals in 1998. 2022 - Resurveyed, appearance unchanged
