Additional Information:2023 - Appearance unchanged 2017- Appearance unchanged. 2009- Erected ca. 1965, the building is oriented perpendicular to the roadway. The large front-gabled roof has been sheathed with asphalt shingles. Faced with orange-hued brick, the two-story building rests on a concrete foundation. The building exhibits design indicative of 1960s residential contemporary design, including unusual rooflines, casement windows, elevated window placement, a window wall, and various building materials, including orange-hued brick, stone veneer, and stucco. All openings appear original and the building retains a high level of integrity.
