NOTES
Additional Information:One and one-half story stucco bungalow with gabled dormer (with bargeboards). Full width front porch supported on two square corner piers.

2009- "This one and one-half story bungalow was constructed circa 1920. The house is clad in stucco, and has a side gabled roof and a gabled front-facing dormer. The roof eaves have a deep overhang with exposed rafters and triangular knee braces, and the dormer has exposed rafter tails and a simple bargeboard supported on two knee braces. The broad roof extends to incorporate a full-width front porch which is supported on square corner piers and a half wall with wood coping. The front door is centered and extends slightly from the face of the elevation. The door is flanked by two modern multipane fixed windows. Three four-over-four windows are ganged in the dormer. The house displays Craftsman influences, including the wide roof overhangs, exposed rafter tails, knee braces, and geometric ornaments on the corner piers."
