Additional Information:The property consists of a house, dairy barn, and six outbuildings. The circa 1930, Minimal Traditional style house is located on the west end of the parcel. The one-and-a-half-story house rests upon a poured concrete foundation, is faced in clapboard siding, and has a front gable roof that is covered with asphalt shingles and features a shed roof dormer on the west elevation.

A circa 1940 dairy barn is located northwest of the house. The barn is faced in clapboard siding and has a gambrel roof that is covered in corrugated metal. The barn features one-story, concrete block, shed roof additions on the north and south elevations and a third shed roof addition on the north elevation. A concrete silo is located adjacent to the south elevation.
