Additional Information: | Exterior materials include buff colored St. Louis pressed brick, terra cotta, and metal. Locally designated 11-17-87. Excellent example of brick office building of this date in nearly original condition. Photograph - 1909 Commercial Milwaukee, p. 72. McGeoch was the wealthy owner of a meat packing plant in the Menominee Valley and built this building as an investment. It was occupied by the printing establishment of Burdick, Armitage and Allen. They were established in 1866. |
