It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. Louis J. Larsen was the builder. Locally designated 10-11-88. Another map code is 22/11 LUQS #388. The Bublitz House (1894), described in its own entry, is a magnificent example of late Queen Anne style architecture. Its meticulously finished exterior includes a variety of Victorian-era wooden embellishment. Albert W. Bublitz was the Manager of Northwest Oil Co. Previously at 523 23rd.
