Additional Information: | This one and a half story Bungalow features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, a concrete block foundation, a clapboard exterior, a wood trim and an asphalt shingled gable roof. Intersecting with the main roof in the attic story is a gabled dormer. Various Bungalow style elements found throughout the dwelling include exposed rafter ends, eave line brackets, and a full lenght front porch. This residence, which is in good condition, was owned by Dewey D. Peer in 1982. The John T. Fathers House was built in c. 1920. (See Bib. Ref. A).
