NOTES
Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. This home and that at 116 Lake Avenue display characteristics of the Eastlake style. The veranda which stretches around three sides of the building is supported by turned posts and fan-like brackets. A balustrade connects the posts. A similar pattern is repeated in the small second story porch with the addition of scalloped trim and cut-out work ornamentation.
