NOTES
Additional Information:The previously inventoried building is a two story brick Commercial Vernacular retail building constructed ca. 1915. The building has a rectangular footprint, red brick walls, a brick foundation and flat roof. The front (north-facing) fagade is asymmetrical. The door is located in the northeast corner and a modern storefront spans the remainder of the ground floor. A canvas awning shelters the entrance and display windows. The second story features a three-sided oriel window on the northeast side. A smaller double hung window is adjacent to it on the northwest side of the fagade. Replacement sliding windows light the second story of the eastern elevation.

It displays a loss of integrity due to an altered storefront and facade, and replacement windows. As an example of the Commercial Vernacular style, it lacks individual distinction and exhibits diminished integrity.
