Additional Information:The building is rectangular in plan with a concrete foundation, stucco siding, and an asphalt-shingled pyramidal hip roof. The front elevation faces north and is asymmetrical in plan with an off-center front door. The front (north) elevation contains a full-width, 1-story enclosed entry porch with a hipped roof and rows of 1-over-1 windows on each side; the front door is located at the west end of the porch#25;s front (north) elevation. Above the porch is a central multi-pane fixed-sash window with a diamond motif; a 12-over-1 double-hung window is located on each side of this window. A hipped-roof dormer projects from the center of the roof on the north elevation. The dormer window is a multi-pane fixed-sash. The 12-over-1 windows are repeated at the second story level throughout the house while 1-over-1 windows are located throughout the first story. A 2-story wooden deck projects from the rear (south) elevation.
