NOTES
Additional Information:The building is rectangular in plan with a concrete foundation, red brick walls, and a flat roof. The front elevation faces south and is symmetrical in plan with a central doorway at the first story and multi-pane shop windows on either side. The windows and door of the first story are covered by a canvas awning. The second story of the front (south) elevation contains a central pair of 2-over-2 double-hung windows with a shared transom window; one 1-over-1 window with transom is located on each side of the central pair of windows. Each window or pair of windows at the second story is set apart by its location in one of three slight vertical recesses in the brickwork that act as inverted pilasters. Just below the roofline, a central limestone panel reads#29;1869 I.O.O.F 1932.#29; East and west elevations of the building contain 9-over-9 windows at the second story.
