LISTED ON THE NATIONAL REGISTER AS GOODRICH, ELIJIAH, WHEAT WAREHOUSE WITH MULTIPLE PROPERTY CODE OF GRO. LISTED ON 6/13/78. DEMOLISHED IN 1984 AND DELISTED 6/15/84. "Built by Elijah and Polly Goodrich. While waiting for this home to be built, the Goodriches lived in Block #2 of the Milton house where both sons died of cholera. Elijah died in 1854. Polly was considered one of the richest and most benevolent women in town and was referred to by residents as Aunt Polly."
