It is clad in red brick on the front (south) facade and cream break on other elevations. The foundation is not visible. The flat roof is covered with an unknown material. Fenestration consists primarily of replacement, multi-pane, double-hung windows with wood sash and stone stills. Entryways include primary and secondary entrances on the facade and an additional entrance on the side (east) elevation. All are replacement, and the original twin-leaf entrance is now a pedestrian door flanked by multi-light windows and a transom. A three-story tower with arched openings and decorative circular medallions is located on the northeast corner of the building. The tower is covered with a replacement metal roof. The building features a brick parapet on its facade and side (east and west) elevations. Decorative elements include brick quoins, corbeling, and stringcourses. A brick shed-roof addition with two large overhead doors is located on the side (west) elevation. Windows on the side (west) elevation and the addition have been infilled and the nameplate above the entrance has been altered to include the current property name: Oliver Village Hall Apartments. |
