WARD ORIGINALLY PART OF ORIGINAL HOSPITAL BLDG BUT WAS SPLIT IN '30S. RECONSTRUCTED TO COMBINE BOTH PARTS IN 1975 [Date Cnst:-1817 (A)]. FORMERLY LOCATED AT 402 N CHESTNUT AVE IN GREEN BAY.
