FIRST STORY STOREFRONTS AND SECOND STORY WINDOWS HAVE ALL BEEN REPLACED WITH LATER VERSIONS SINCE THE FIRE. [Date Cnst:(ASSESSOR'S RECORD)] ARCHITECT WAS J. O. BACH.
