RUSTICATED 1ST FLR W/RECESSED SEGMENTAL ARCH WINDOWS W/KEYSTONES. 2ND AND 3RD FLRS W/MONUMENTAL ENGAGED FLUTED IONIC COLUMNS. SIDES W/IONIC PILASTERS. TRANSOMED 1ST FLR WINDOWS AND DOORS. MOULDED AND MODILLIONED CORNICE ABOVE INSCRIBED FRIEZE. ORIGINALLY OCCUPIED 6/1908.
