Additional Information:STEEPLY PITCHED GABLE W/ SHED ROOF SIDE WINGLARGE SHED ROOF SIDE DORMERS6/6 AND 4/4 WINDOWS 2021 - Resurveyed. This one-and-one-half story Tudor Revival-style house was built c.1940. It has an L-shaped footprint, stone foundation, stone and stucco cladding, and a wide and steeply pitched sweeping front-gable roof with side shed roof dormers. A small projecting entrance bay is located on the west side of the façade and is topped by a front-gabled roof with boxed eaves. The front door is accessed by concrete steps with metal railings. The main, sweeping gable is flanked by shed roof dormers that extend along the side elevations and are clad in stucco. Fenestration is primarily six-over-six wood sash windows covered by metal storm windows.
