Additional Information:STONE VENEER 1ST FLR AND ALUMINUM UPPER6/6 AND 8/8 WINDOWS 2021 - Resurveyed. This two-story vernacular house was built c.1900. It has an irregular footprint, stone foundation, stone veneer on the first story, vinyl siding on the second story, and a cross-gable roof. The east half of the façade is a projecting bay with a flat roof. The front entrance is located on the northeast (side) of the bay. Fenestration includes six-over-six and eight-over-eight wood sash windows covered with metal storm windows. The west half of the façade is a front gabled bay with an eight-over-eight wood window on the first story and a six-over-six wood window on the second story. Additional fenestration is primarily six-over-six wood sash windows covered with metal storm windows. The southwest (side) elevation is characterized by a side-gabled bay with a flat roof that extends across the northwest elevation, intersecting with the front gable roofline. There is an addition on the southeast (rear) elevation. It is clad in stone that is similar to the rest of the house and has vinyl windows.
