Since then, the house has been owned by several families, including Hans Sperle, Henry Suetmeier, Herb Peschel, Edual Erickson, Conrad Thompson, Dennis and Carol Gunderson, and Todd and Jeanette Martin. The front stone was a later additoin to this vernacular gabled-ell style house.
