NOTES
Additional Information:This simple two and one half story house features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, a stone foundation, a cream brick exterior, a cream brick and wood shingled trim, and an asphalt covered gable roof. Pent roofed eave returns and decorative wood shingles adorn the street-facing open gable end. A full-lenght front porch has an open design; its flat roof is supported by tuscan columns. Throughout the house segmental arches adorn most of the windows, as do brick lintels and projecting sills. The residence is in good condition. It was owned by James Morrison in 1982. This residence was built in 1892 for Patrick Davey. (See Bib. Ref. A). A second owner was Fred Nobs, a blacksmith.
