NOTES
Additional Information:This two story frame house features an L-shaped plan configuration, a stucco foundation, a clapboard exterior, a wood trim and an asphalt shingled gable roof. Although exterior alterations have destroyed some of its original design integrity, Italianate elements are still exhibited. Such elements include elongated windows with decorative window hoods. This residence, which is in good condition, is similar in design to the Chase house, 121 South Academy Street. Historical Statement: This residence was built in the late 1850s for Johnson Curler.
