Additional Information: | This two story frame house features an L-shaped plan configuration, a stucco foundation, an aluminum/vinyl sided exterior, a wood trim and an asphalt shingled mutli-gabled roof. Greek Revival design elements include corner pilaster strips, an entablature, and cornice returns at the gable ends. The former single family residence, which is in good condition, now serves as a three-unit apartment. It was owned in 1982 by Leland Ekleberry of Route 2, Edgerton, Wisconsin. This dwelling was built in about 1855 for John E. Powers, an artist (Powers & Scofield). |
