Additional Information:This two story frame Gabled Ell house features an irregular shaped plan configruation, a stucco foundation, an aluminum/vinyl sided exterior, a wood trim and an asphalt shingled multi-gabled roof. The dwelling exhibits elements of the Italianate style through the wide eaves, the decorative window surrounds, and the three-sided bay. This residence, which is in good condition, is architecturally significant in that it represents a type, period, or method of construction. The dwelling was built in about 1873 for Adam Hayner, a partner in the firm of Hayner, Bliss and Company, a saddlery and harness business. (See Bib. Ref. A, B).
