Additional Information:This one and one-half story concrete block house features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, a rock-faced concrete block foundation and exterior, a wood shingled and concrete trim, and an asphalt covered hip roof. A small, hip roofed dormer intersects with the main roof in the attic story. Other architectural elements include a water table and a front porch. The residence is in good condition. The building is architecturally significant because it represents a type, period or method of construction. See also the nieghboring house at 214 Riverside [AHI #20255].
