Additional Information:Constructed in 1919, directories cite Edward E. Lubnow at this address from 1921 to at least 1961. He was a manager of Goff's Restaurant. He sold the property to Gerald Carman sometime prior to 1968.

2011- "This two-story, circa-1920s, front-gabled, house is covered with stucco. The primary (east) elevation features an open, facade-length, gabled-roof porch suppotted by square posts adorned with heavy carved knee bracing. A square-post balustrade surrounds the porch. Tucked underneath the porch is a picture window flanked by three-over-one, double-hung sashes. The gables exhibit modest false half-timbering and the open eaves also exhibit timber knee bracing. Fenestration is regularly placed and generally consists of three-over-one, double-hung sashes ananged singly and in pairs.
