| Additional Information: | This home was built in 1922 for Fred C. Eckert and his wife Tillie; who resided at this address until 1936. Eckert was born in 1875 and worked as a salesman in the late 1920s and as a railroad station agent in 1930. He was followed by Herbert J. Hipp, who worked at a grocery store and maintained residence at this location until at least 1947. Phillip W. Buechler owned it in the 1950s and 1960s. 2011- "Built in 1922, this one-and-one-half-story bungalow is sheathed with wooden shingles and rests upon a rusticated concrete-block foundation . The front-gabled roof features a dormer on its north slope and all gables have clipped ends. The eaves are open and rafter tails and heavy knee braces are present. The main (west) elevation displays an enclosed shed-roof porch outfitted with paired sets of multi-light casement windows. Lannon stone steps with sidewalls comprise the porch. Fenestration largely consists of replacement, four-over-one, double-hung sashes arranged in pairs and tripatiite groupings. This home was built in 1922 for Fred C.
