NOTES
Additional Information:Built in 1932, this house was occupied by Joseph Adashek who was the manager at the Adashek & Parks grocery store. He and his wife Rose remained in the house until at least 1947. By 1955, the property was owned by Samuel Cohn, who would remain there into the late 1960s.

2011- "This one-story bungalow is sheathed with brick and topped with a hipped roof that features an eyelid dormer with a leaded
sunburst window. The left (south) side of the main fas;ade is a projecting wing topped with a hipped roof, while the right (north) side consists of a concrete stoop outlined by a combination brick porch wall and ironwork railing. The front wing displays a tripartite grouping of one-over-one, double-hung sashes with leaded-glass, multiple-light" upper sashes. A paired grouping of the same type of windows is adjacent to the front doorway. All windows are underscored with a projecting, rough-faced stone sill. Although foliage and a tall fence obscure other elevations, a square bay, a tapered wall chimney and a wooden shingle-clad, shed-roof dormer were noted on the south facade.
