2011- "Built c.1900, this small 1-room storage shed (2224 Northwestern Ave.) has a concrete foundation, cream brick walls, and a front-gabled metal roof. The front elevation faces southwest and is symmetrical in plan with a central wooden door and no windows. Below the roof line, each corner is slightly corbelled with a simple stepped cornice." Moved c. 1922.
