NOTES
Additional Information:The powerhouse has a rectangular plan and is approximately 35 feet wide and 21.5 feet long. The building is composed of a reinforced concrete substructure and a concrete block superstructure. The exterior cladding of the superstructure was covered with modern vinyl siding in 1988. A review of historic photographs confirms that windows on the powerhouse have been downsized and replaced with modern sliding windows and the original flat roof was replaced with a low-pitched side gable roof.

The interior of the powerhouse features a two-unit generating station with turbines fed through individual steel penstocks from the reinforced concrete intake structure. The intake structure is located immediately to the west of the gated spillway structure. The reinforced concrete intake is 20 feet long by eight feet wide with two bays, one for each unit. Each bay is protected by vertical trash racks and is composed of a vertical slide gate operated by a hand crank and threaded stem operator assembly.
